By checking the box next to this Terms of Use, and clicking the “Buy Now” button, you as the purchaser of “How to Build a Business You Love” (hereinafter “you” or “Client”) agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by Rebecca Oggenfuss, and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Rebecca Oggenfuss, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:
For good and valuable consideration as outlined below, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, Client is electing to purchase access to a program or service offered by Rebecca Oggenfuss. In exchange, Rebecca Oggenfuss agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Details below, and any additional materials or agreements referenced herein.
1.Program Outline
- Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing access to a program offered by Rebecca Oggenfuss. This program is a virtual 6-module training designed to teach clients how to start a business, from idea generation to building a strong foundation so they can launch with confidence. The Program is self-paced and accessible in your portal via the login you receive after checkout.
- Client acknowledges that he/she has read the program details and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in How to Build a Business You Love, as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on RebeccaOggenfuss.com.
- Client understands this is a fully virtual training, and it is their responsibility to ensure they have the proper technology and internet connection to participate. Any inability to access or participate in the Program due to Client’s technical issues is not the responsibility of Rebecca Oggenfuss and does not entitle Client to any form of recourse.
- Client understands and agrees that Rebecca Oggenfuss reserves the right to terminate Client's access to the Program at any time, without refund, should Client engage in disruptive behavior, fail to complete payment, or violate these Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions outlined on RebeccaOggenfuss.com.

2.Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property:
- Client understands that one of the primary elements of the Program is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, individual feedback and coaching, teachings, materials, and exercises that are the expertise of Rebecca Oggenfuss. Following Client's participation in this Program, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Rebecca Oggenfuss, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, strategies, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Client's participation. Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in the Program, without the express permission of Rebecca Oggenfuss.
- Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents, recordings, or other proprietary information obtained through the Program. Client further agrees that they will be in violation of these Terms of Use if they use any of the Content outlined as their own material or repurpose and use the Content in their own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without the express written permission of Rebecca Oggenfuss.
- Client acknowledges that all content provided within the Program, including video trainings, written materials, personal coaching and community interactions, is the sole intellectual property of Rebecca Oggenfuss. Rebecca Oggenfuss retains all copyrights, licenses and other intellectual property rights in the Program content.
- Participants grant Rebecca Oggenfuss an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to repurpose, distribute, and sell any content created during live coaching or trainings, including participant contributions, for future programs, marketing materials, and other promotional purposes.

3.Testimonials:
- Client understands and agrees that any and all commentary provided within the Program chat, live sessions, community posts, and/or on public social media profiles belonging to Rebecca Oggenfuss may be published and used as testimonials by Rebecca Oggenfuss. Client grants Rebecca Oggenfuss a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written inside the Program training chat, live group or personal sessions, or on other platforms, including but not limited to social media profiles, emails, or advertisements, for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing How to Build a Business You Love and any future offers. Client understands that they will have no expectation of privacy within the Program’s public platform, with the exception of any 1:1 coaching sessions, any comments made in a group setting may be used by Rebecca Oggenfuss.
- Participants further agree and acknowledge that all lessons can be repurposed for future use, including resale as part of other offerings by Rebecca Oggenfuss. Any contributions or comments made during these sessions may also be used as part of these future offerings without additional compensation or notification.
- The material, Client's name, and other identifying information may be published on Rebecca Oggenfuss’s website, social media, or other platforms. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for testimonials. Client understands that they are granting Rebecca Oggenfuss an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided as part of a testimonial. Comments, messages, or posts submitted by Client, outside of private coaching sessions, may be captured and reposted by Rebecca Oggenfuss, including but not limited to email marketing, public social media posts, and other promotional efforts.

4.Payment and Refund Policy:
- The Program is initially offered at a one-time, pay-in-full price of nine hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($997). As part of a limited-time promotion, the Program is being offered at a discounted price of two hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($297) payable up front.
- Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Rebecca Oggenfuss’s sales and checkout page for the Program. Client understands they are responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Rebecca Oggenfuss’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Rebecca Oggenfuss’s choosing, in full.
- Client understands and agrees that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Disclaimer:
- Rebecca Oggenfuss cannot guarantee results of How to Build a Business You Love or any associated 1:1 coaching and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client agrees to hold Rebecca Oggenfuss harmless if they do not experience the desired results, including but not limited to developing an idea, starting a business or business success.
- Earnings Disclaimer: Rebecca Oggenfuss makes no guarantees or assurances regarding a specific financial outcome based on participation in the Program. Rebecca Oggenfuss is not responsible for Client earnings or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information provided in the Program or in coaching sessions. Any testimonials or examples of results shared on the website or in sales materials are individual and for illustrative purposes only; results may vary.
- Client understands that all services provided by Rebecca Oggenfuss in connection with the Program are offered on an "as is" basis, meaning without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to those relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or performance expectations. Client acknowledges they are voluntarily choosing to purchase this Program and agrees not to hold Rebecca Oggenfuss or How to Build a Business You Love responsible if they are dissatisfied with any part of the Program.
- Client agrees they do not have a cause of action, legal remedy, or entitlement to a refund should they fail to achieve the desired results following completion of the Program. This applies as long as Rebecca Oggenfuss delivers the Program as described in the Program Outline above, or provides similar substitutes agreed upon by both parties.
- Intellectual Property
- Client agrees and understands that Rebecca Oggenfuss has created numerous original, creative works in connection with How to Build a Business You Love, and agrees that Rebecca Oggenfuss maintains all copyrights, licenses, and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to: videos, modules, documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for websites or sales pages, and any other original work created by Rebecca Oggenfuss (hereinafter "Content"). Client may be granted a limited right to use selected materials in the course of their own business but understands that the original proprietary rights remain with Rebecca Oggenfuss. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from Rebecca Oggenfuss to Client, nor grant any license to use the information beyond what is expressly provided during the Program.
- Client agrees and understands that they are not permitted to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content or intellectual property provided by Rebecca Oggenfuss or obtained through participation in any associated programs or coaching, without express written consent. If such behavior is discovered or suspected, Rebecca Oggenfuss reserves the right to immediately terminate Client's access to the Program without refund, as well as revoke access to any purchased materials or content. Additionally, Rebecca Oggenfuss reserves the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law for any actionable infringement or misuse.
- Licensee Rights: Rebecca Oggenfuss’s Limited License to Client:
Client understands that by purchasing How to Build a Business You Love they are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and use the Program content and information for their personal or business purposes, as instructed by Rebecca Oggenfuss. As a Licensee, Client agrees and understands that they will not:
• Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate, or steal any Content obtained through the Program without written permission from Rebecca Oggenfuss.
• Post, distribute, copy, or otherwise use any portion of the Program content, coaching sessions or information obtained from other members in the community without written permission from Rebecca Oggenfuss.
• Claim any Content created by Rebecca Oggenfuss as their own, including using such Content in their business.
• Share purchased materials, Content, or Program information with others who have not purchased the Program.
4. Client acknowledges that any such actions, including but not limited to those outlined above, will constitute infringement and/or theft of Rebecca Oggenfuss’s intellectual property, and a violation of this Agreement and applicable U.S. Federal laws.

- Indemnification
- Client agrees at all times to defend, fully indemnify, and hold Rebecca Oggenfuss and any affiliates, agents, team members, or other parties associated with Rebecca Oggenfuss harmless from any causes of action, injuries, illnesses, misunderstandings, damages, losses, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of Client’s participation in the Program or associated coaching. This includes, but is not limited to, any third-party claims (including attorney’s fees) arising from Client’s actions, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of participation in the Program.
- Should Rebecca Oggenfuss be required to defend itself in any legal action directly or indirectly involving Client, or should Rebecca Oggenfuss determine that Client’s participation or assistance would benefit its defense, Client agrees to participate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by Rebecca Oggenfuss, free of charge.
8.Program Access:
- Client will have access to the Program videos and associated content immediately and will retain lifetime access to these lessons, provided Rebecca Oggenfuss continues to host them on its platform.
- Client will also have access to the private community for the duration of the Program. As part of a limited-time promotion, founding members are granted lifetime access to the community. Rebecca Oggenfuss reserves the right to discontinue active monitoring of the program community or broader community at any time.
- Rebecca Oggenfuss reserves the right to revoke Client’s access to the Program recordings and community at any time should Client violate the terms outlined in this Agreement.
- By completing your purchase, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

9.Dispute Resolution
- Should a dispute arise between Rebecca Oggenfuss and Client, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations and discussions. Client agrees that failure to see specific results or financial outcomes from participation in How to Build a Business You Love or coaching is not a valid basis for a dispute and acknowledges that Rebecca Oggenfuss makes no guarantees of individual outcomes or success.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, Client and Rebecca Oggenfuss agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, to be conducted in Sarasota County, FL, within a reasonable amount of time. Both parties agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith, sharing all relevant materials, documents, or information required for resolution.
- The decision made by the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. The arbitrator's decision may not be appealed or set aside and will be enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction as a judgment of law or decree.

- Applicable Law
1. This Agreement may be amended and/or updated by Rebecca Oggenfuss from time to time as needed, to reflect changes in the Program, its services, or applicable legal requirements. Should any material changes be made, Rebecca Oggenfuss will notify all current Program participants via the email address provided during registration. Continued use of the Program will constitute acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.
