A little more
ABOUT ME
Hello there! I'm Rebecca.
I help ambitious leaders build brands, lives, and legacies that feel unmistakably their own.
Let’s create the next chapter of your brand, business, and life together.
But first…here's a little more about me.
Strategic brand & leadership coach.
Mom to 1 amazing kid + 1 loyal rescue pup.
Wife to my favorite adventure companion ... and so much more.
If my personal mantra were a bumper sticker it would say: “Life is an Adventure!”
And I’ve always been eager to enjoy the journey.
I was struck by wanderlust at the age of 16 during a 3-week exchange program to Germany. Since then, I’ve lived, worked and adventured in over 32 countries across 5 continents.
This includes living in Bangkok, Thailand
Studying in Beijing, China
And working in Chittagong, Bangladesh
Traveling isn’t just a hobby for me; outside of my family it’s where I find the most joy and inspiration, and feel the most like myself.
I love to talk business and brand strategy.
But if you really want to get me chatting ask me for a travel recommendation, what I think about the latest celebrity PR fiasco, how to make a gluten free + dairy free brownie taste good, or what it’s like to sell everything and spend 3 years traveling the United States in a 300 square foot RV with my family.

My Story
Let's get to know each other.
Today, I have the privilege of guiding visionary founders, executives, and leadership teams to build brands, legacies, and lives they love — through high-impact coaching partnerships, immersive retreats, and transformational strategy intensives.
But this wasn’t always my path.
I spent nearly two decades climbing the corporate ladder, creating marketing and brand strategies for everyone from Fortune 100s to startups and family businesses. Along the way, I earned a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Global Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
CONTINUE READINGWhen I say that I grew up in a family business, I mean it literally.
My parents owned a motel in a popular vacation destination. The motel office was attached to our home, and as soon as I could speak I was out there helping my parents with the guests. It taught me early on that how you make people feel is at the heart of any brand.
After college, I couldn't stand the thought of forcing myself into a cubicle. So I spent months working multiple jobs to save for a 3-month back packing adventure in Europe. Seeing the world and experiencing different cultures instilled in my the understanding that there is no singular right way to enjoy life.
Eventually, I found my way into public relations, but after a few years I was ready for something more fulfilling. After getting certified to teach English as a second language, I took a sabbatical year to teach in Thailand and explore Southeast Asia.
My journey brought me back to business leadership and marketing, and I dedicated myself to becoming an expert in my field.
But a part of me always dreamed about running my own business. I wasn’t sure exactly what I would do but I had some ideas. And I wasn’t sure precisely when, but I knew the right time would present itself.
And it did...
Once I had my son, I couldn't ignore the call to dedicate my precious time and energy to building my own dream, instead of sacrificing precious moments with my son to make other people's business goals happen.
A lot of people thought I was crazy when I resigned from my job at the height of my corporate career. But my belief that there was something better out there for me finally grew stronger than my fear of letting go.
It was scary but I went all in and got to work at building the business I wanted – I was finally living my dream.
But instead of feeling the fulfillment and joy I expected I was still miserable and had no idea why.
Suddenly, I was filled with insecurity and self-doubt.
I was constantly stressed trying to get new clients in my consulting business while still learning how to run and build my business.
And I was doing all of it on my own, part-time, so that I could be a stay-at-home parent and feel more present for my son.
I felt like a failure. I wasn’t earning the money I knew that I could in my business AND I wasn’t happy doing the work I used to love. I felt like I was barely keeping it all together and I lost touch with why I had started. I was ready to give up.
But then...
I gave myself complete permission to let go and let it all fall apart. I admitted to myself that I didn’t want that version of my business anymore. It was hard. And I had to give myself time and grace to work through all the complex emotions.
I refocused my energy on things that bring me joy – my family, travel adventures, passion projects. I gave myself space to experiment in my business and work on myself.
I got clear on the kind of impact I wanted to have. The kind of leaders I wanted to work with. The kind of life I wanted to build alongside it.
I focused on what really lit me up and got me excited to work every day on something truly special that I knew would change people’s lives.
And that’s the business I run today.
I help ambitious, accomplished leaders step into the next evolution of their brands, leadership, and legacy — through deeply strategic, highly personal partnerships and experiences that don’t just move their businesses forward, but their lives, too.
If I can do it I know you can, too.
Let’s take the first step toward building your next chapter — with intention, clarity, and the joy that comes from designing your life and legacy your way.
